Caroline’s entire career has been spent in Education, most of it in International Education. She began her working life as an English Language teacher in Singapore and then later Japan and went on to run a Language School in London. Caroline joined the university sector in 1992 and has had senior management roles in both the University and private education sectors. In 2008 she founded English Language Testing Ltd which delivers online testing under the Password brand.

Alan Baldock joined the Password team in April 2009. His career background is in the information technology business- for over 20 years he was involved in delivering a wide range of products, services and solutions to many different organisations. His career started in software development and moved into business development and commercial management. Alan’s last role before joining the Password team was managing Hitachi Europe’s software business. In this role he worked with many European universities and from this he developed an interest in international education.

Rahul has been working in IT support for over 19 years and joined the Password team in 2013. His previous experience includes working in the City of London, providing IT Support to traders at Lloyds Bank, and an Airfreight Logistics company based in Heathrow. Now, along with his team, he has been supporting our partners, either over the phone, remotely or via email, ensuring that the tests are delivered successfully.

Simi has worked in leadership roles across many functions in the International Higher Education sector, including admissions, marketing and student recruitment. She is passionate about providing a positive experience for international applicants and students looking to study in the UK. In her role at Password, she manages all marketing activities and leads on the Password Skills Plus test - the first Password test to be administered directly to students.

Helen’s career began as a language teacher. While following a bi-lingual postgraduate at Geneva University she discovered passion for EAP and CLIL methodologies. This led to twenty years in the independent school sector working in support of international students, first as Head of EAL and later a senior leader involved in CPD, curriculum development, pupil progress tracking and school improvement. Helen joined Password in 2018 to promote the use of appropriate assessment tools for EAL learners in the school sector.

Shelley started as an international student herself and now has nearly 10 years of experience in the English language teaching and Higher Education fields. She has worked in a number of varied roles including Associate Director of partnerships at Global University System where she established relationships with universities across the globe. Shelley joined Password in 2022 and wants international students to have the same positive experience she has had.

Molly has worked in the field of English language education for more than 18 years and in tertiary educational settings in Canada, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Turkey. She holds TESL certification and a Master’s degree in Educational Technology. Since joining Password in 2023, she has worked in close collaboration with the marking team and compliance team to ensure all tests are marked efficiently and held to a high standard of academic integrity.

Alice graduated from Loughborough University in 2022 with a BSc in User-Centred Design and a Diploma in International Studies, grounding her in user experience and global perspectives. After obtaining her TEFL qualification, she taught English in Vietnam, refining her communication and adaptability skills. Joining Password in August 2023 as an Administrator, Alice’s role quickly expanded to Compliance Officer due to her proactive approach and attention to detail. She now plays a key role in ensuring the integrity of Password Skills Plus by supporting test takers and rigorously reviewing test footage, contributing to the company’s high standards in security and compliance.

Mira graduated from SOAS University of London in 2023 with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB), providing her with a solid legal foundation and analytical skills. After gaining experience in customer service, she joined Password in April 2023, where she now supports the team with operational tasks and enhances the test-taking experience for our students. Mira is eager to apply her skills in Law and customer service to contribute to Password's seamless operations and high-quality service, ensuring a positive experience for all test takers.

Divyang graduated from Kingston University with an MSc in Network and Information Security. He has over three years of experience in customer service and two years in IT support, dealing with first-line support and providing professional customer service. In August 2023, he became a valuable addition to the Password team, eagerly anticipating the opportunity to support daily operations and offer client solutions using the Password test.
